Verdon, a small village in the Marne in the Champagne region on the borders of Seine and Marne, close to Epernay and Reims , is bathed in green surroundings, its river La Verdonnelle and its 12th century church inspire calm and absolute relaxation.
You will be charmed by the three gites made up of two buildings from different periods with a total capacity of 18 people or the possibility of reserving an individual gite.
The gîte "La Caudalie" is a long Brie house with "half-timbered" decorations, refurbished after the Second World War.
This large, very comfortable building has a living area of 150 m2,
On the ground floor, you will have at your disposal a large fitted kitchen, a large living-dining room with fireplace and stained glass windows as well as molded basements, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and WC, as well as a games room (billiards).
The exterior part offers a terrace as well as a garden equipped for the dining area with barbecue and garden furniture.

Upstairs, via two separate staircases, you will access two bedrooms, one for two people in a romantic atmosphere, the other for four people in an authentic setting.
You will enjoy the view of the church dating from the 12th century. (So don't ring the bell with a fanfare alarm)!!!!
